A DEVIL CALLED DIET FOOD

Every where Every where Every where oats, barley, brown bread, wheat flour noodles, etcetera are now everywhere and the saddest part is that everyone is consuming it. Diet food recipes are flooding all over on internet and cookery shows. This evil is very swiftly taking over the whole world. People are advising each other to eat diet or so called healthy foods and to minimize the consumption of real food.

What is real food?
  • ·         BUTTER, which should be utterly butterly delicious not that      LITE one.
  • ·         Deep fry food items i.e. samsosa , pakora, etc.
  • ·         Pizza, Chowmein and other junk foods.
  • ·         Spicy non-veg food items.
These are Real foods. It gives you taste. It gives you the feeling of fulfillness inside your stomach. It acts as a stress buster and most importantly, it gives you happiness. Unlike those rubbish food which are meant for patient and sick people. Damn! I am fit. Why to eat those? It gives you the feeling of sadness and tastelessness. They are fake foods. Well, atleast in my case. Even their smell drives me crazy.

I love my parathas and bread with handsome amount of butter over it in breakfast. Umm…Butter. I love all purpose flour noodles, wheat flour noodles can never ever replace it. And how can you replace samosa, kachori , chaat , etc. with healthy foods. I mean how can somebody be such a sadist? That’s so cruel. 
HAPPINESS IS REAL FOOD

  2. The very first thing you need to do is eat healthy. Include as much of green vegetables and fresh fruits as you can.
