What is it really all about?

The day when I disclosed that my debut novel – “TheForbidden Line” is going to get published there were only two questions that were being asked by almost everyone.

Ques. 1 – Congrats and when is it releasing?

Ques. 2- What is it all about?

I answered the first question then and there to everybody but intentionally avoided answering the second question. I guess it was too early.

But now since the book is out and peoples are buying it and also as the good reviews are flowing in, now I think is the right time to tell you what this book is all about.

So, The forbidden Line comprises of a sweet love story with a twist, a friendship tale with a twist and what that twist, it’s Blood.

It involves redemption but then it is also not a revenge story. So, entirely it is not a love story neither friendship tale nor a story of redemption.

The Forbidden Line is entirely about one question, “How far you can go of the thing you believe in, for the thing you believe is right?”

It is right to perish against the person you love and your family for the thing which “you believe” is powerful.

Is it right to put everything you are left with on the line just because you think it’s worthful.

The Forbidden Line is not a story of love, friendship or redemption. It’s a story of life.

No matter what you do, no matter what you believe in and no matter which side you are on, there is only one truth “A loss can never be reversed.”

No matter how many times I bleed from my nose. No matter how much it hurts to stand but I'll not give up. I'll keep on coming and coming until you give up. I'll not quit until you bow down in front of me. I'll not stop standing until you get tired of knocking me out.

The book bomb

Nuclear bomb, time bomb and human bomb are used for destroying people, well we all know that. But there is another type of bomb, a VERY DANGEROUS bomb which can destroy humanity, religion and society.
And that bomb is....
drum rolls and cheers! please!

THE BOOK BOMB.

Yes, The book bomb. It consists of a beautiful cover and pages inside it (now don't gasp in shock,they actually have pages) with black colour texts over it. (Now can you believe that! I just hope it's not illegal.) After a great and intensive research, the Indian ministers of propaganda discovered that books can harm religion and culture. (I hope you are now laughing. This is serious.)
Person devoted to his religion and culture spends their lifetime knowing about their culture and gods. Even after that they think a book can uproot their believes, then I am sure that their faith and devotion is not good enough. If you believe on something be it your partner, religion or culture, then some words from external source can never shake your believe and if it does then I am forced to conclude that 'in reality you have no faith and you are fake.'
And the most ironical part of the story is that most of the person who revolts against a book are those who actually never read them and don't even know English properly.

Dear so called revolutionaries,
We are writers and we are soldiers. We don't need a gun or a bomb to make an impact, all we need is a pen and a paper. No matter how hard you try to suppress us. No matter how hard you to try to ban a book. We'll always come up with paper articles, blogs and websites and that too with different pen name.

Life Is Exhilarating

Life is exhilarating when you are following your passion and doing the thing which you love to do. Even a small triumph in it will give you triple dose of happiness. I am following my dream and Hell Yeah! I am happy.

Sometimes you don’t follow your passion or the thing which allure you, thinking you are not good at it but the fact is no matter how bad you are the more you do, the better you become. There are many examples viz. Bill Gates followed his passion for computers; Tendulkar , Ganguly , Ponting, etc. followed their passion for Cricket; Messi and Ronaldo followed their passion for football. You may argue that these guys were lucky, they are exceptions or it was their destiny but on the contrary I believe it was their hard work, determination and risk taking ability.

Life is all about taking risks, so don’t be afraid about your future. If you are good then nothing and when I say nothing it means nothing can stop you to triumph over the world.

Don’t be afraid, follow you passion and make your life exhilarating.

My Mind Goes Over Creative

I don’t know this happens only with me or anybody else but whenever my exams are near my mind gets creative. Okay, I am a writer this means I am creative but what I mean to say is during exams my mind starts working overtime in creative field. This is how I look when I start my studies in a fresh mood, determined to study.

After 15-20 minutes, my mind starts generating all kind of creative ideas/ products like poems, quotes, fiction, etc. Then I am like this.

For your information I have written this article in my study time.

Soon my study gets sideline and I get busy writing things which are no where related to my studies. Just like this.

When I am done with my creative stuffs, then I try to concentrate on my studies again. This is how I end up when my studies are over.

I am not going to fix my picture here in this condition, never!

OK I don't look that horrible after my studies but somewhat like it.

In exam time I always enter the hall with excitement, thinking of the things I shall do after exams. And when exams are over I leave hall in confusion. Most of the time it’s really difficult for me to decide how my exams gone but doesn’t matter how my exams were, I always pass.

This is how I am when I see my results, when NO BODY IS NEAR ME.

A DEVIL CALLED DIET FOOD

Every where Every where Every where oats, barley, brown bread, wheat flour noodles, etcetera are now everywhere and the saddest part is that everyone is consuming it. Diet food recipes are flooding all over on internet and cookery shows. This evil is very swiftly taking over the whole world. People are advising each other to eat diet or so called healthy foods and to minimize the consumption of real food.

What is real food?

• ·         BUTTER, which should be utterly butterly delicious not that      LITE one.
• ·         Deep fry food items i.e. samsosa , pakora, etc.
• ·         Pizza, Chowmein and other junk foods.
• ·         Spicy non-veg food items.

These are Real foods. It gives you taste. It gives you the feeling of fulfillness inside your stomach. It acts as a stress buster and most importantly, it gives you happiness. Unlike those rubbish food which are meant for patient and sick people. Damn! I am fit. Why to eat those? It gives you the feeling of sadness and tastelessness. They are fake foods. Well, atleast in my case. Even their smell drives me crazy.

I love my parathas and bread with handsome amount of butter over it in breakfast. Umm…Butter. I love all purpose flour noodles, wheat flour noodles can never ever replace it. And how can you replace samosa, kachori , chaat , etc. with healthy foods. I mean how can somebody be such a sadist? That’s so cruel.

BELIEVE

Believe is a magical word. If you believe impossible becomes possible and if you believe walking is difficult, then it’ll surely become difficult. It’s your belief which shapes your attitude and life. It’s your first step towards success.

It was belief of Arumina Sinha, a one legged women which empowered her to conquer Mount Everest. It was belief of Oscar Pistorius, a man with both legs amputated which empowered him to become the first amputee to win an able-bodied world track medal at summer Olympics in 2012.

I was a shy writer before. I was afraid of being rejected by the readers. Approximately nine months ago on one bright day I started believing in myself and in my writing and Snappy Thoughts came into existence. It has done miracles for me and especially for my writing and confidence. Eighteen thousand page views in nine months are not excellent but for me it’s exciting and encouraging. Now I believe I can write for the next level. Some times I wonder what would have been my life if I didn't believe in myself and in my writing. It’s my belief and you, the most wonderful readers of the world who are responsible for directing my life.

It’s your belief which make you push your self beyond your limits. It’s your belief which brings satisfaction in your life. So, start believing and keep reading Snappy Thoughts.
